Beachfront! Quiet location! Big balcony! Beautiful panoramic views from the glassed-in porch! This spacious, renovated in 2014 4-room apartment, has 3 bedrooms and is for up to 6 people (2 double beds 1.80 m wide, 1 double bed 1.60 m wide). The living room has a couch, a flat screen TV and an open kitchen with American fridge. The dining area is located in the glassed-in porch with nice views. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with bathtub and douche or shower only, with 1 bathroom en-suite! The apartment is located in the first Floor. The apartment includes a free parking space on the property. The access by car is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street.

By 1900, built villa in a seaside style in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Villa Margarete is located in a quiet yet beach-front location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The fine Baltic Sea beach is approximately 300m. Shops and restaurants are also easily reached within walking distance. All apartments feature a free parking space at the house. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, which is a beautiful view from the results continue building. Apartments no. 5 to no. 8 are located in the newly constructed building, which was completed in spring 2017. Even train passengers reach Villa Margarete very convenient. Access is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street. The apartment belongs to the car park is signposted.

Wunderbar, aber…

Die Fewo liegt super nah zur Strandpromenade und zu den örtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch ein Bäcker ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt am Haus und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Kinderwagen oder Anhänger sind auch super. Bis auf die Bäder, die neu sind, müsste in der Wohnung mal eine Gesamtrenovierung erfolgen. Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern wären auch nicht schlecht. Aber im Gesamten hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub!

Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert für die Winterzeit

Wir fahren seit 10 Jahren im Winter nach Usedom, aber das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Wohnung. - das im Text versprochene Internet war nur käuflich zu erwerben (und zwar pro Gerät) und war dermassen schlecht, dass es schon am ersten Tag nicht mehr funktionierte. Aus der Beschreibung war nicht ersichtlich, dass die Kosten nicht inkludiert waren. - keine Heizung im Bad, nur der Handtuchwärmer, es hat ewig gedauert, nach dem Lüften wieder ein warmes Bad zu bekommen - Heizungen generell nicht entlüftet, hatten die ersten 2 Tage nur 18 Grad im Wohnzimmer - nicht genug Sitzplätze im Wohnzimmer (1 Couch, 1 Hocker, 1 Korbsessel), dabei ist die Wohnung für 6 - billigste Ausstattung in der Küche (Korkenzieher abgebrochen, Messer, die sich beim Brotschneiden verbogen) - Kühlschrank neben der Couch war eher nervig und laut - eher praktisch als liebevoll eingerichtet, z.B. wäre ein Spiegel im Flur schön und auch ein paar mehr Bilder oder Deko, Tisch und drei Stühle im Schlafzimmer an der Wand braucht dagegen kein Mensch - die möhlige Badecke mit Eimern, Besen und Co wäre in einem Schrank deutlich besser aufgehoben - warum werden keine Badehandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt? Ich hätte lieber auf 8 von 12 kleinen verzichtet und dafür mehr große Handtücher gehabt
