Villa Bettina 04 - Apartment Sonnenschein

Newly built in 2016, this apartment house is ideally located in the Labahnstraße of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, between the Bansin and Heringsdorf bridges. The beach and the promenade are only 400 meters away. Shops with a bakery and a bus stop are only a maximum of five minutes walk away. A free parking space belongs to the apartment.

Apartment Sunshine:
The 60 m² apartment consists of a modern spacious living room with satellite TV and music system, a separate bedroom with double bed, another bedroom / children's room with 2 single beds. The open plan fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker, V. M. Bathroom with shower and WC. A spacious terrace invites you to have breakfast in the sun. The apartment offers enough space for 2-4 persons. A parking space and a lockable bicycle room are also included.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Fantastisch

Es war alles wunderbar. Vor allen Dingen hat das Wetter mitgespielt, so dass wir die Terrasse noch nutzen konnten. Der Weg bis zur Seebrücke war für uns etwas weit - aber schön entlanmgh der Anlagen und Häuser. Rundherum alles wunderbar.
