This charming property was built in the early 20th century in the typical seaside resort architectural style and has been shining in new splendour since its extensive renovation in the 1990s. You’ll find the villa on the list of historic buildings in Heringsdorf—a true gem! Enjoy the amenities the villa has to offer: A free sauna invites you to relax, and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for your laundry. If you’re arriving by bike, you can store your bikes in the lockable bike room.
    The location couldn’t be better! The OstseeTherme’s swimming and sauna area is just a five-minute walk away, and the beach is only about 250 m from the villa. The apartment also comes with a parking space, so you can arrive with ease. Of course, Wi-Fi is free as well.



    Aegir 124:

    Friendly and charming—with a spacious 58 square metres on the second floor, it offers a bright living area equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, an inviting dining area, and a TV and hi-fi system. The bedroom, with a cosy double bed, ensures restful nights, while the shower room/toilet, even though it has no window, impresses with its functionality. In the fully equipped open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for your stay, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A highlight is the large, furnished balcony facing the sunny south, which is perfect for enjoying the warm sunshine and making the most of your holiday.
    Villa Aegir also features a complimentary sauna as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for your convenience. You can store your own bicycles in the lockable bike room, and a parking space is also available for your use. Of course, Wi-Fi is also free of charge.
