The 56 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, ussp113, is located in the Strandpark holiday complex in Heringsdorf on Usedom and can accommodate up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy are its excellent location with direct beach access and the beautiful balcony, which overlooks the greenery and faces the sea.

The Location
The tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the northwest side on the ground floor of Building 1 in the popular holiday complex—nestled within a well-maintained park. The Baltic Sea and the fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres, are right on your doorstep and can be reached via direct beach access just 20 metres away. Stroll or bike along the beautiful beach promenade to the Heringsdorf pier and enjoy the historic seaside architecture of the imposing beach villas. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as attractive recreational activities, sights, and places to visit.


Amenities This modern, non-smoking apartment is lovingly furnished and features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, as well as a cosy living-dining area. The living area features a sofa set and a flat-screen TV with Dolby Surround (40 inches), a Blu-ray player, a DAB radio with Bluetooth, books, and board games.
Both separate bedrooms feature a double box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV (32 inches). The bathroom includes a rain shower with a comfortable low entry, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a step stool for children.
You can spend relaxing hours enjoying the soothing Baltic Sea climate on the covered balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living-dining area and faces northwest—towards the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The resort also features a communal car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
