It’s the perfect holiday home for the whole family or a group of friends—accommodating 6 adults and 2 toddlers (up to 3 years old in a travel cot)! The modern living area, featuring a seating area and flat-screen TV, also includes a fireplace that’s sure to make for cosy evenings. The open-concept kitchen with an adjoining dining area is fully equipped. Three bedrooms with double beds ensure peaceful nights. There’s also a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a sauna—a great highlight, especially during the colder months! There’s also a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. A washing machine is located in the kitchenette and is available for free use. The two balconies (1 on the east side / 1 on the sheltered [&] sunny south side) are particularly lovely, offering great views of the sea or the beautiful Schloonsee. A starter set of linens is provided for your comfort. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair for an additional fee. Divided into two modern buildings (Ostseepalais and Schloonpalais), equipped with an underground car park (entrance height 1.90 m), an lift, and spacious apartments, they offer an ideal holiday home for young and old alike. The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (towards Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has just been redesigned and now features its own small promenade. From this building, you can access the beach promenade via the underground car park (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t live any closer to the beach!
