Idyllically located and modernly equipped This charming, detached bungalow, built in 2018, offers a comfortable getaway for two people in its 30 m² of living space. Nestled on a private, enclosed lot spanning a generous 2,500 m², the holiday home offers both peace and security—ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families with a pet. The light-filled living area, featuring a cosy armchair, TV, and direct access to the furnished patio, invites you to relax. A modern kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle leaves nothing to be desired. The built-in heating system provides soothing warmth—even on cooler days.
Relax in nature with your own sauna The centrepiece of the bungalow is the private sauna—ideal for unwinding after a long walk on the beach. The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. All windows are fitted with privacy screens, ensuring a pleasant sense of privacy. Technical amenities have also been taken care of: Wi-Fi, two TVs, and modern smoke detectors ensure comfort and safety. The garden, complete with a grill area, fire pit, swing, and slide, is ideal for relaxing evenings or playing with children. A bike storage room, private parking, and a washing machine/dryer are also available.
Perfect location between nature and the coast The location is a standout: The bungalow is situated in a quiet holiday complex in the village, directly adjacent to a forest—ideal for walks or bike rides. The beach is only about 1,000 m away, as is the train station, ensuring an easy trip. Shopping (600 m) and restaurants (500 m) are within easy walking distance. Golfers will find a well-maintained course just 8 km away. Despite the quiet location, access to urban amenities is assured—an ideal blend of nature and comfort.
Highlight Heringsdorf, the “Nice of the Baltic Sea,” awaits you with a 508 m-long pier—the longest in continental Europe—featuring boutiques, a café, a restaurant, and breathtaking sunsets over the Baltic Sea. Magnificent seaside resort architecture, such as Villa Oechsler and Villa Achterkerke, lends the town its historic charm. The treetop trail near the train station offers panoramic views from a height of 33 m and pure nature. Culture lovers can enjoy exhibitions and concerts at the art pavilion and cabaret tent, as well as open-air music in the summer. You’ll find peace and quiet at the idyllic “Church in the Forest,” nestled in the coastal woods. Heringsdorf combines beach, architecture, nature, and culture—ideal for discerning holidaymakers.

Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Ich würde wieder kommen.
