Situated in the front row, right on the beach, the historic Hotel Ostende showcases its classicist architectural style from around 1900.
Historic on the outside, thoroughly renovated on the inside: Classically designed and furnished in a modern style, the comfortable rooms and suites are sure to become your favourite place… Many offer an incomparable view across the Baltic Sea to the horizon. The sound of the sea is included.
It’s not “just” your eyes and ears that are treated to a Nordic experience. Your palate will be too. The day begins with a hearty breakfast, which in the summer is often served on the sun terrace with a view of the promenade.
Regional ingredients and sustainability take centre stage in the culinary experience. The head chef places great importance on the origin of the ingredients: from meat sourced from animals raised in Mecklenburg to freshly caught fish and regional cheeses, freshness is what’s served here. The vast majority of all ingredients used come from the region.
