    The house Sonnenland is located only 400m from the Baltic Sea beach with shops and a bakery in immediate sight.

    The spacious three-room apartment is located in the attic of the renovated old building with rustic Kaiserbädercharme. A modern interior and comfortable facilities provide the conditions for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The bright living room has a cozy sofa area and a dining area. Four people find their place to sleep in two separate rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has two single beds and some sloping ceilings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and is also suitable for longer stays.

    A parking space and a storage for bicycles are available on the property.

Eine sehr schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit, man geht max. 8 Minuten sowie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben 7 tolle Urlaubstage verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine an sich schöne Wohnung, die allerdings für größere Leute nicht geeignet ist da das Bad in der Höhe( vor allen Dingen über der Toilette) wegen der Dachschrägen doch sehr eingeschränkt ist- Auch die Verkleidung um das Fenster herum bedarf mal der Erneuerung, Zwar sind das Haus und das kleine Häuschen im Garten wohl neu gestrichen. aber die Eingangstüren sehen verheerend aus, Auch ist der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt.

Ein älteres Haus mit knarrenden Dielen, die den nostalgischen Charme des Hauses ausmachen. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und liebevoll ausgestattet, alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Matratzen sind bequem und im Wohnzimmer lädt eine L-förmige Ledercouch zum Relaxen ein. Für Leseratten gibt es ein gut gefülltes Bücherregal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es ist nachts absolut ruhig!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und eine gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Leider für Bahnanreisende etwas umständlich mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Angebot mit dem Taxitransfer (mit Schlüsselübergabe) ist gut gemeint, aber nach unserer Meinung zu kostenintensiv.

Top Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung klein aber fein, im Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist leider fast kein Platz für Klamotten, einzig eine kleine Kommode ist vorhanden. Das war ziemlich eng,daher auch der eine Stern Abzug. Aber ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt

Saubere Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche hier. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und alles in bestem Zustand. An manchen Stellen (Toilette) etwas eng, aber gerade das macht den Charme aus. Strandbesuche und Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sind hier gut machbar. Das Schönste war für uns die Ruhe dieses Ortes.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und für 2Erw und 2Ki völlig ausreichend. Zum Strand/Strandpromenade, zur Ostseetherme, zum Supermarkt und zum Bahnhof kann man gut zu Fuß gehen, das Auto haben wir kaum benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
