Der freundliche und herzliche Empfang, besonders von Frau Schneider vom upstalsboom Bansin/Heringsdorf. Sie findet für alle Anliegen eine Lösung und macht eine ganz tolle Arbeit vor Ort. Der Seehof ist immer einladend, auch der Eingangsbereich und die Flure picobello sauber. Ebenso sind die Pflanzungen rund ums Haus ansprechend, gepflegt und gleichzeitig so naturnah, dass noch viele Vögel und Insekten dort Platz finden. Mir begegnete sogar ein kleiner Igel.

Die Wohnung 233 ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Toll, dass ich hier auch meinen kleinen Vierbeiner mitbringen darf. Es ist immer ein bisschen wie in ein zweites Zuhause kommen. Der Service vor Ort ist auch toll, immer ein freundlich und um das Wohl als Gast besorgt. Das trifft aber auch für das Team in Emden zu. Deshalb buche ich jetzt immer bei upstalsboom.

Ich habe die kleine Wohnung spontan und sehr kurzfristig gebucht und ich habe es nicht bereut. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, sehr ruhig und mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Ostsee! Der Fahrstuhl im Haus hat meinen Hundeopi und mich direkt vor die Wohnungstür befördert, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich komme gerne wieder!!
