  • Arrive and feel right at home. Holiday Apartment 3, located on the ground floor of the villa, offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday on Usedom. The modern living area with a flat-screen TV is complemented by an open, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens (bed linens [&] towels) is provided. You can enjoy the morning sun right away on the spacious balcony.


    House on the Hill – The Classic! This gorgeous old villa, located directly behind the dunes in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, was completely renovated in 2006 and now shines once again in its new-old splendour! Surrounded by historic villas, you’ll spend your holiday here on the island of Usedom right near the beach. For your convenience, a parking space is available at the villa. On the property, there is a sauna house that can be used for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The house also features free Wi-Fi.
