House Fryda:
On the ground floor is the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and oven was renewed in 2018 (in the pictures you can still see the old kitchen). The dining area can accommodate 6 people. You can smoke and grilled on the terrace with patio furniture. The grill was also renewed in 2018. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and TV. Here is also a children's room with bunk beds. Both rooms have wardrobes. The bathroom with shower and toilet also has a washing machine. In the attic 2018 a small second bathroom with shower and toilet was installed. There are also two single beds and a TV. Due to the second bath, the house is also suitable for two families.

In the center of the seaside resort is the beach-side house Inge-Lotte with a restaurant. On the back of the property are 6 modern terraced houses with terrace very quiet. The beach is fine sandy and very wide. Due to the very central location you have short distances to many restaurants, cafes and shops. The pier Bansin is about 500 meters away. Our guests receive a 50% discount at the Ostseetherme and 10% at the Baltic-Hills golf course. Each house has a parking space on the property. Other paid parking is available in the area. The entrance to the property is between the house Inge-Lotte and the Ristorante / Pizzeria Toscana. Separately you will receive a booking confirmation with the account details from the landlord.  

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 00:00 and departures from 04:00 to 10:00.
