Ardenne House 04—just a few meters from the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea

Arrive, experience the sea up close, and unwind. This 60-square-meter holiday apartment on the ground floor of the building offers up to four people the chance to enjoy that holiday feeling right on the boardwalk. The apartment’s bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, and an additional seating area. The living room features a modern sofa bed that accommodates the third and fourth guests, as well as a TV and a stereo system. The living room opens onto a large balcony offering a superb view of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room and is separated from it by a high counter. Through the apartment’s hallway, you’ll reach the naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.

A high chair and a travel cot with a mattress (but without linens) are available to you free of charge in the apartment. A designated parking space is available on the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.

A special highlight of the apartment is a private beach chair included in the rental price, located directly on the beach and available to you from May through September.
The communal fireplace room on the ground floor of the house also offers a sea view and guarantees a cosy atmosphere.
