Look forward to a stylishly furnished Upstalsboom holiday rental, ussf33, with a wonderful view of the sea and the Baltic Sea beach. The 75 m² three-room apartment is located in the Seehof holiday complex in Bansin on Usedom and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Location
The “Großer Seehof” resort captivates with its unique location between the Baltic Sea beach and the idyllic Schloonsee—so here you can enjoy the best of both worlds. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and faces northeast, guaranteeing you a fantastic view.


Amenities include free Wi-Fi, two modern bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, and two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with double beds (180x210 and 160x200 cm) and a 43-inch smart TV. In the cosy living area, you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed (160x210 cm), a large 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a selection of board games for relaxing evenings. The bright living and dining area invites you to enjoy the magnificent ocean view through the large arched window. The fully equipped open kitchen includes, among other things, a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven with microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and a Nespresso capsule machine. If you’re travelling with small children, we’d be happy to provide a cot and a high chair upon request for a small fee.

Special Features
The building features an lift, which makes access to the apartment easier. For your laundry, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee; and an ironing board and iron are also available in the laundry room. A special highlight is the on-site sauna, which is available free of charge daily starting at 5:00 p.m.—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking area and pets are not allowed.

A designated parking space in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions in advance with the manufacturer’s data in the “Photo Gallery” on our website. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the system is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.

The Seehof offers you a private sauna area, an lift, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use. The individual holiday apartments feature free Wi-Fi and, depending on the unit, a balcony, terrace, or ocean view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in select apartments.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 through the end of September 2026 (tentatively) due to renovation work.
