The Location
This southeast-facing holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building 2 in the holiday complex. The apartment overlooks the green park.

The Amenities
The holiday apartment, which features a bathroom with a shower, has one bedroom with a double bed. The living area consists of a double sofa bed with two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system, an adjoining cosy dining area, and a sunny balcony overlooking the well-maintained park.
This bright, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and offers a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The holiday complex also features a shared car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
