Tasteful design, perfect built-in features, and the stunning ocean view are sure to make this apartment your favourite place to stay in no time. The stylish living room, featuring a cosy sofa and flat-screen TV, is complemented by a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. The remote-controlled gas fireplace adds to the cosy atmosphere. Two bedrooms with double beds (1.80 m) and beautiful built-in features (one with its own flat-screen TV) ensure peaceful nights. The desk, set up in a small separate area, is perfect for checking emails or relaxing with a book. From here, you also have access to the beautiful bathroom with a shower, toilet, and built-in sauna, as well as to the small, sunny south-facing balcony. The larger balcony, featuring a beach chair, faces the sea. In addition to a great view of the Baltic Sea, this is the ideal spot for breakfast in the morning sun. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A parking space (No. 13) is available in the underground garage. The Wi-Fi network can be used free of charge.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding work for the planned facade renovation will take place on the front building of the Dünenpalais from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The scaffolding will be dismantled section by section from May 8 to 13.05.2027. Work on the rear building’s facade will continue until 14.05.2027. Afterwards, the scaffolding there will be dismantled by approximately 20.05.2027. Minor disruptions may occur during the periods mentioned. The balconies of the attic apartments 22 and 23 will be unavailable for use. During scaffolding installation, the outdoor parking spaces cannot be used during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***
