This beautifully designed 3-room holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house exudes style and charm. An elegant, light-colored hardwood floor has been skilfully combined with modern, exclusive furnishings by an experienced architect. The result is a cosy retreat for 4 people and a toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel cot). The beautiful living area with comfortable seating opens onto the open-concept kitchen with a dining area. A special highlight here is the gas fireplace, which creates a wonderful atmosphere with the push of a button. The two bedrooms (one with a flat-screen TV), each featuring box-spring beds (1.80 m), are equipped with comfortable built-in storage. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens is provided. A large bathroom with a bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower, along with a beautiful north-facing terrace featuring a beach chair and patio furniture, round out the apartment. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (without a mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee. A parking space is available in front of the building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the front building of the Dünenpalais from March 18 to 25.03.2027 in preparation for the planned facade renovation. The scaffolding will be dismantled facade by facade from May 8 to 13.05.2027. Work on the rear building’s facade will continue until 14.05.2027. Afterwards, the scaffolding there will be dismantled by approximately 20.05.2027. Minor inconveniences may occur during the periods mentioned. The balconies of the attic apartments 22 and 23 are not accessible. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces cannot be used during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***

The two newly built villas are connected by covered walkways and an lift that also leads to the building’s underground car park (entry height 1.90 m), which also houses a bicycle storage room. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments, featuring sunny balconies and gas fireplaces (some also include a sauna and ocean views), have been beautifully furnished and offer all the amenities for a special holiday. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own postbox on the building.
