The spacious south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room and equipped with sun loungers and a dining table, is the highlight of this apartment. Here you can soak up plenty of sun. From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an lift. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own postbox on the building.
