And that “Baltic Sea” part isn’t just a catchphrase. From this apartment, the vast blue expanse is almost always in view. Whether from the wraparound balcony (14 square metres) or the living room—a view of the sea is guaranteed in this holiday dream. On warm summer days, enjoy breakfast outdoors while gazing at the glistening morning waves. Let your thoughts wander all the way to the horizon. The interior is just as impressive. Designed by an interior architect, everything is comfortably and modernly furnished. From the sofa, you’ll be spoiled for choice. The apartment also features an utility room with a washer-dryer. Since you won’t want to go without the internet even on holiday, it’s available to you free of charge. To ensure your getaway gets off to a relaxing start, we’ve already made up the beds and laid out towels for you. In the modern underground car park, parking space no. 10 in the upper level of the double-parking bay (max. height 2.00 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg) is reserved for you.
