If you like a little colour in your life, you’ll feel right at home in this three-room apartment on the ground floor of the newly built beach house. Batik elements weave their way through every room like a climbing vine. It feels as though you’re already floating in the waters of the Baltic Sea—even while inside these four walls. Out on the terrace (5 square metres), you can surely already hear the sound of the sea. The large, bright living-dining room is furnished with great care. Two sofas invite you to relax. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment when you want it. If you’d rather not eat on the terrace, you can do so in the cosy chairs at the dining table in the living room. You’ll find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, which opens onto the living room. It’s equipped with a microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The cabinets contain a complete set of dishes. The apartment has two bedrooms. Both are equipped with a double box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), custom-built closets with spacious interiors, and a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms offer state-of-the-art amenities. One of the bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. Parking space number 1 (relatively tight) is reserved for you in the underground garage. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided.
