Neuhofer Wohnidylle in a white bungalow - not far from promenade and beach - just switch off Since June 4, 2012 the holiday home is now available to our guests after extensive modernization. In our house are two modern equipped apartments. The large apartment has an area of about 93m² (two bathrooms) and can be used by up to 5 people. The small apartment, in the basement of the house, is approximately 54m ² and can accommodate max. 2 adults and 2 children (up to 3 years). The covered terrace and the garden area awaits our guests to linger. The beautiful sandy beach is located about 700 meters from the house. For the large apartment there are two and for the small apartment is a parking space directly at the house. Through a connecting door, the two apartments can be connected. When renting the entire house with max. 6 adults and 2 children (up to 3 years) are subject to the following special rates in the respective seasons: Season A = 83,00 € Season B = 115,00 € Season C = 178,00 € Season D = 214,00 € Final cleaning = 65, 00 € If interested, please contact us. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Garden 01:
Elegance, cosiness and charm on 90 square meters of living space - this distinguishes this beautiful apartment on the ground floor of the holiday bungalow. The heart of the house is the cozy living room. The dining area and the large sofa area can accommodate up to 5 people. The fireplace ensures on cool days for well-being temperatures. The separate kitchen houses everything you need for a self-catering and asks enough space for a small dining area, if the sleeping space in the living room (sofa bed) is still occupied. The two bedrooms have plenty of storage space for their personal belongings. For sleeping there are 2 single beds and a double bed available. The terrace is accessible from the living room. The cozy garden furniture invite you for breakfast in the open air or for a cozy get-together in the evening. The bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub as well as the additional bathroom with toilet and shower will cope with the morning rush. An apartment to feel good - we are happy to welcome you here!

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
