The non-smoking apartment is located in a quiet area of the seaside resort Ahlbeck, surrounded by a lot of forest and meadow. The fine Baltic Sea beach is about 15 minutes. Shops and access to bus and train on the island of Usedom are located in about 10 minutes walk. The center of the resort can be reached after about 15 minutes walk. A parking space is available free of charge.

The 24 square meters cozy non-smoking apartment has a pantry-kitchen with dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a seating area and TV. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
