"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful but there was a particular staff that was probably new and she spoke English but I didn’t think she understood."

"Room was good, except the aircon was faulty, took some persuading but got moved to another room. Staff were all very polite and upgraded the room for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of hot and cold, plus pastries. I would definitely recommend and would use again if travelling through Belgium."
