Built in 2024, this recent residence consists of three 6-story buildings (with elevator) and offers 78 comfortable and well-equipped apartments that can accommodate 4 to 10 people.

It enjoys a prime location within the 4 Vallées ski area, offering easy access to over 400 km of slopes for all levels, as well as a snow park and learning area. The Thyon resort offers exceptional views of the surrounding Alpine peaks, in a remarkable natural setting.

On-site, guests can enjoy a friendly restaurant, the 1809, a gaming room, a kids' room, a relaxation lounge, and a Theytaz store.
