This spacious 80 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a French-size bed (140 x 200 cm), a small adjoining room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), and a compact bathroom. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and TV. A high chair for a child is also provided. The highlight is the balcony offering a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.



Free street parking is available. Childcare for (young) children may be arranged upon request. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels, and heating is partially supplied by solar energy. The property follows recycling rules; further information will be provided on site.
