"Rooms were clean but didn’t have coffee machine, the staff told us we have to upgrade the room to get coffee machine!! The parking was a very narrow , uphill with a seriously unmanageable curve. Our car got scraped! I will never go back with a car at this hotel !"

"Room was very comfortable and the Japanese WC was a great addition. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The rooftop area looked great but it was wet when we visited. If you require parking notify the hotel in advance as it's an underground lift but the staff are so helpful with this. I would recommend ..."
