"Very nice accommodations. It is a little outside the city of Bern but friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Washer and dryers for a fee but good to have option to wash clothes. If you are traveling through Switzerland I recommend having a small fan in your luggage as most hotels don’t have air and a fan would come in handy in rooms. Loved the hotel and Bern!"

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay.
