Having just been discharged from Dominican Hospital,Meelena stopped what she was doing and took my bag and personally escorted me to the room. Restaurant closed early & I was in need of food and water. Meelena once again came through. She's definitely management material! Outstanding dedication to valued guests. Everyone at the front desk were professional, personable and consistently helpful...."

"It took 20 min. to check in. The guy at the front couldn't figure out how to give us 2 rooms close together. Our 1st room smelled like urine. We went back and immediately asked for a different room. The next room didn't smell bad but didn't have that fresh clean smell. The breakfast was sparse. Hard boiled eggs that wouldn't peel. Funny tasting yogurt. We were there 3 days & they didn't come give clean towels or TP once. Don't stay here. "

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed in! The room was not comfortable and dirty. There was all types of repairs that needed to be done. The staff refused to give us extra towels. You Are only allowed one towel per person ( no hand or face towels) and 1 small soap for the group. No microwave. Just a blanket on the bed I slept in my clothes and a jacket cause the heater didn’t work. Horrible experience!"

"The staff we very friendly and the location is ideal. However, we had several broken things in our room, and our second room had a broken AC unit. We had such a short stay, and the many things that were broken made it unsatisfactory!"

"The smell of smoke is still present in the hallway and the room. Toliet bowl needs to be scrubbed clean at the rim. Those are sensitive details I cannot overlook. "
