"The room was really actually kind of nasty. There was black mold on the ceiling. Towels were not fresh and the room smelled of nicotine and then also you could hear the neighbor with her dog including her talking all night long and then the neighbor above rolling a suitcase back and forth all night long. It was honestly a terrible stay. Also, my room was supposed to have a king size bed instead. It was two doubles"

"Firstly, the front desk attempted to charge me for the room indicating the price I paid online was less than the price in their system so I would need to pay the difference. Then when I told him it was against the law for him to try to upcharge me on the room he refused to give me one. I then requested that he either give me a room or refund me.
