Perfect size, area, and very clean
This property was perfect for us. We have 3 kids, ages 9-15, and my parents came too, so the bedrooms were great for us and the kids slept in the beds in the living room. There was one queen and a twin with a trundle bed on one side of the living area, and it worked well. I loved having 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The living space was large and I loved the big kitchen table. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and everything we needed for meals. I loved being close enough to many of the National and State parks. Very clean and plenty of towels and pillows. I loved the vaulted ceilings. Just be aware that the entrance is at the top of a huge staircase so if you have older people or struggle getting up stairs that may be a problem. It was fine for us. I would totally recommend this property to anyone. We loved it.

Perfect for our larger group
Hosts were great about opening up addition bedroom when our group size increased! We loved the house - kitchen had everything! Outside was wonderful as well - we enjoyed the fire pit and picnic area! Close to hikes in Bryce Canyon and Calf Creek! We hope to return again soon!

All the comforts of home
We had the entire upstairs apartment- a spacious living area, full size kitchen, 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms. We had everything we needed including comfortable beds, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. There was a washer & dryer in the unit (we loved this) and each bedroom had it's own temperature control (loved that too). The area outside was beautiful with lots of room to run around. It looked like there were some fun outdoor activities for kids as well. We were all adults, but my kids would have loved it. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail and this made for a delightful stay! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Property was perfect! The location was great for exploring the area and was so peaceful. Well equipped kitchen, plenty enough towels as well as the small things - Hand soap, basic food prep items, and info on the area. They have thought of everything to make a great vacation. Oh my stars!
Great place on Scenic Hwy 12. Pretty close to Bryce Canyon National Park and a few hours from Capitol Reef. The big surprise was the stars! Such clear nights we had and the star gazing was AMAZING. It's roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. Great washer and dryer.

Perfect location for Bryce Canyon National Park
Perfect layout for family or just a couple. Kitchen was well equipped, kitchen was well-equipped with a lot of staples (spices, etc.) available. Location relative to Bryce Canyon NP is perfect - only about 20' away and easy access! Also recommend the Dark Ranger astronomy evening - great telescopes and view of the Milky Way. Hosts were great - we accidentally left some clothers in the dryer, and they had shipped them to our home even before we got back - thank you!

Happy with our stay
Great location near Bryce and Tropic. Easy to grab groceries at Clark’s. The house had all the things we needed (and then some) to make breakfast and dinner. Beds were comfortable and the kids were happy to not have to share a bed with each other. Plus beds were plush and comfortable. Scenery was beautiful. Didn’t have much time to explore the grounds due to rain. Would stay here again.

A pleasant surprise!
Our reservations at Bryce Canyon were canceled on us & we were scrambling to find a spot for our party of 8 (two families of four). We stumbled upon this property & it was perfect for our stay. Each couple had a bedroom & the kids had plenty of room in the big open space. It is all upstairs- you’ll park around back and walk up the stairs and enter the rental. That part was a tad unconventional, but one we carried out bags up, it was all good!

My parents and I stopped there a couple of nights during our exploration of Bryce canyon. The location is great, just 25 minutes to the park. Everything was clean, spacious and well appointed. The owners made a beautiful space out of the upper floor of the house. The setting is beautiful. Communication with the owners was easy. Would recommend to a friend.

Amazing!
This is just what our family needed in the middle of our Utah trip. We picked this rental for the location and we were very pleased. It was so quiet and peaceful. The main room is a lot larger than the pictures show. We enjoyed drinking our coffee around the fire pit and playing games that were at the house. It was a short drive to Bryce Canyon and restaurants. Milt was very quick to answer a question and fix an issue with the air conditioning. Make sure to go out late to see the night sky. It was amazing! We would definitely recommend and will definitely stary again when in the area.

Hidden gem!
This property was a hidden gem! My husband was a bit concerned with it being a loft apartment above someone’s home, but this could not have been a better property! Only 20 mins from Bryce Canyon/ Bryce Canyon City; quiet location; amazing views during the day and perfect for stargazing at night. The apartment was clean and perfectly maintained. Could not recommend this place more!

Just perfect!
This apartment was just perfect for my family of five. It was a short drive to Bryce Canyon, and it was clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed a bonfire after a long day of hiking. Peaceful, Scenic & Perfect Home Base for Exploring this Amazing area
Could not have chosen a better place to experience this beautiful area. Bryce Canyon National Park was the initial draw but in addition we found breathtaking beauty and solace in Kodachrome Basin Park, enjoyed exploring Escalante, visiting Boulder's Anasazi State Park and had an amazing day drive on Burr Trail Road out of Boulder. Nearby Cannonville had some great restaurants for a few dinners. This upstairs 'full home' is quiet, open, airy, and spacious. There were only two of us. We used the two enclosed bedrooms. This spacious well-laid out home would be comfortable for 4 adults or a large family. We found the home very clean, we slept well in our comfortable beds, were greeted in the morning by birdsong and amazing views. Two nice bathrooms! There's a Washer and Dryer (that we did not use) and a Dishwasher. High quality A/Cs in each bedroom (which we didn't require, instead enjoying fresh air from open windows). My travel partner is a builder and was impressed with the quality and details of the construction and craftsmanship throughout. The kitchen is spacious, welcoming and features a huge beautiful pine table that could easily seat 10!. Generously stocked with many things, including condiments, spices, cooking oil, some food items, sandwich bags, and other extras... saving trips to the grocery. Our gracious host Milt met us and was available if we had a need, however we found our stay private and quiet.

Upper Level in Henrieville
This rental worked out great for us as home base for touring both Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef, as well as many other attractions in between. The apartment is upstairs and the renters live downstairs. Milt (owner) greeted us when we arrived and said they were available if we needed anything, but otherwise they would respect our privacy. We didn’t need anything and we did not see or hear our hosts the rest of the time we were there. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite large in terms of floor space. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals when we ate in. I would definitely rent here again!
