The Property
Welcome to The Humble Hideaway, a relaxing waterfront retreat on Lizard Creek in Cedar Point. This spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home is designed for families and groups looking to enjoy everything lake life has to offer, with plenty of room to spread out both indoors and outdoors.

Main Floor

Enter through the front door and head upstairs to the main living area, or step into the sunken living room on your left. The living room features comfortable seating, a TV, children's toys, and a decorative fireplace. Just beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for six and a coffee station with a second refrigerator nearby. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Down the hallway, you'll find the first full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, as well as the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, and closet.

Upper Floor

Upstairs, the second bedroom features a king-size bed, two nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, and closet. The second full bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and tub/shower combination. The bunk room is perfect for kids and families, offering one twin bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed, sleeping up to five guests.

Lower Level

The lower level includes a game room with a TV, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an additional bunk room with two sets of bunk beds that can accommodate four guests.

Outdoor Space

Step outside and enjoy your private waterfront getaway. The dock includes one boat lift and cleats for tying up your boat. Guests can enjoy two adult kayaks, two children's kayaks, and two paddleboards, with life jackets and paddles provided. Spend evenings grilling, gathering around the fire pit, or simply taking in the peaceful views of Lizard Creek.

Family-Friendly Amenities

Traveling with little ones is easy at The Humble Hideaway. A pack-and-play is located in the upstairs bunk room closet, and a toddler seat is strapped to one of the dining chairs. A small children's chair and eating tray are also available.

Boating Access Note: The Lizard Creek Rd culvert has a 6'3" clearance and approximately 4' of water depth. Wake boats and center consoles with folding towers can pass through. Bowriders and pontoons can also pass, but the bimini must be folded down.

★ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.

★ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.
