About this property

An amazing waterfront home on Lake Gaston. The perfect lake house.

  • An amazing waterfront home on Jimmie's Creek. The perfect lake house with lots of space. The huge master suite is on the main level which includes an open family room and newly renovated kitchen. There are two large bedrooms upstairs w/full baths and another full bath downstairs w/ a large bonus room. There is an awesome bar in the basement with a space to relax. There are no bridges, and the cove has a "NO WAKE" zone so great for swimming and floating with kids. Boat dock and deep-water access makes for great memories on the lake.

Boat must only be tied to the dock, renters are not approved to use any of the lifts. All external lights must be cut off by 1100 pm
Any unwashed dishes at check out must be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started prior to departure.
Exterior trashcan must be pulled to the end of the driveway by the road prior to departure and any trash that will not fit must be dropped off site.
