"The halls needed vacuuming. When we entered our room, there was an old, dirty broom propped up against the wall. At 11:00 p.m. I had to ask the front desk to tell the guest in the next room to turn down the TV. At 4:00 a.m. I was again awakened by the next door’s too loud TV. Then I couldn’t get back to sleep because of the freeway noise. This hotel is too close to the freeway to get a good night’s sleep. The next morning, at the complimentary breakfast, there was food on the floor and counters, the trash receptacles were overflowing and not enough room for guests to sit. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, very disappointing."
