"Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. "

The garden was a real highlight for us – spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved using the BBQ, and the hot tub and sauna were such a treat. The location is amazing too, offering the best of countryside charm while still being close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this property – a true gem!"

"Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "
