We have thoughtfully designed and furnished the house to provide communal space, while allowing room for quiet rest. Our love for art, music, food, and travel is incorporated throughout the house and you will find little touches of luxury in each room.

The home is nestled between Hendersonville (8 minutes), the village of Flat Rock (6 minutes), and Dupont State Park (10 minutes). Surrounding cities and locations include Brevard and Pisgah National Forest (25 minutes), Blue Ridge Parkway (30 minutes), Biltmore Estate (30 minutes), and Asheville (40 minutes). Across the hall from the Master are 2 additional bedrooms: one with KING BED and one with QUEEN BED. Room with King bed has a desk/chair workspace. These two rooms share another beautifully remodeled bathroom right outside the hallway. Blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and extra blankets provided in all upstairs bedrooms to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine in our comfy sunroom featuring an enormous window looking out to the koi pond and lush backyard – it's the room you’ll never want to leave!

Kitchen with newly updated quartz countertops and gas stove. Fully equipped to cook for a crew, including a waffle maker and double oven with Air Fryer setting. Coffee and tea lovers will enjoy a wide variety of options to choose from: Nespresso machine with pods, French press, coffee bean grinder, drip coffee machine, or electric kettle for tea. The two bedrooms share an adjoining half bath. Another full bathroom with a newly remodeled shower is in the hallway. Bathroom vanity and mirrors large enough to allow an entire bridesmaids party to get ready together and provide the perfect photo op!

Movie room with a high-resolution, short throw projector offering an unbelievable 120'' screen! YouTube TV and XBox Series X are available. Smart TV also gives you access to your music or streaming apps of preference. Huge, comfy sectional adjacent to beautiful natural stone fireplace w/ turn-dial gas logs. Newly added workstation tucked away next to fireplace to accommodate remote workers, or students needing to study.

Brand new rec room with kitchenette featuring concrete countertop by local artist, a mini fridge to stash your cold beverages, and Nespresso coffee bar. Rec room has a twin bunk bed and comfy vegan leather couch that converts to futon for an additional sleeping options. Foosball table, board games, and cards! Large french doors open up to a covered patio with cafe table/chairs, outdoor sofa, and elegant fire table.

The property has more to offer as you continue outside! There are multiple communal areas that allow people to spread out as desired. Relax next to the Koi Pond with a trickling fountain. Two additional water features in the front yard!

Covered back deck with a 6 person hot tub to soak those muscles after a long day of travel, or strenuous hike. Hot tub opens up to starry skies! Plush, luxurious spa towels provided.

Winding paths throughout the lush backyard, featuring a mature and diverse landscape. Enjoy the mountain laurels, maples, ferns and hostas, cherry blossoms, weeping willows, butterfly bushes, wild blueberries and blackberries in the summer. Walk uphill from the back deck to find a picnic table that fits an additional 6-8 people. Grab the hammock from the sunroom and set it up on the pre-hung carabiners on the marked trees.

++Babies & Kids++
We've traveled worldwide with our own children and understand the pain of hauling all the "baby stuff". We're happy to provide pack-n-play, highchair, training potty, children's dinnerware, novel toys, etc. Please let us know if you have any specific requests, and we'll work with you to make your stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Raising a little human is stressful enough!

++Pet Policy++
We recognize your furry friend is an important part of your family, and we want to allow them to join you on your trip. Before booking, please ask yourself:
1) Is my pet house-trained/well-behaved?
2) Are they >1 year old?
3) Are they generally quiet without loud barking that could be disruptive to neighbors?
4) Will they be ok staying in a crate or closed in a bathroom (or garage) while you are away? There is a fenced in yard but athletic animals may escape after an interesting animal.

If you can answer yes to all of these questions, please bring them along! We are happy to provide food/water bowls, couch covers, and one medium-large crate. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet (max 2 pets). The security hold may include pet damages in unforeseen circumstances.

++Rental Agreement & Security Deposit++
Because we are a luxury rental, all guests are required to sign a rental and liability agreement and agree to a $500 security hold to complete their reservation. A link will be sent to guests after booking for easy online completion.
Security hold: We don't take a security deposit. The credit card company places a hold one day prior to check-in, but there is no charge. This is similar to checking into a hotel. Seven days after check-out, the credit card hold is released unless there are excessive damages or cleaning fees. Accessing the credit card hold is very uncommon and all guests are contacted in the event of missing items, excessive damages or cleaning.
