Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
our room door did not latch and lock unless slammed, staff was disinterested in this issue. sliding barn door on bathroom was cumbersome and noisy. sliding doors on shower were difficult to keep in place. we stayed at 5 different hotels in 7 days of travel, I would rank this one lowest on scale, ...
