"I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside."

"Overall our stay was very good, the house is very spacious and we did not feel crowded at all. The pool was dirty when we arrived, although host stated it was cleaned that morning, it was windy but there was alot of dirt at the bottom, a bit disappointing considering they charge the extra fee to clean it. "First off the pictures are nothing compared to reality, this is a old house no new upgrades blue carpet is stained, furniture is mix match and you might as well stay in the bedrooms @ night because you can see right through the living room, the blinds are broken. "We had such a nice stay at this house! It was large enough for our group of nine adults, and it was nice having a “home base” to come back to away from the craziness of the strip. Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property."

"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."
