I appreciated the convenience of on-site parking at the Red Roof PLUS+ in Henderson, NC. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and having coffee available was a plus. While there were some areas that could be improved, those small conveniences made my stay a bit easier.

The staff are amazing! That’s the good part. Bad part 1) if you stay more than one night your key is useless at 11am and you have to go back to the front desk and have it recalibrated. 2) None of the vending machines worked nor were stocked. 3) the toilet leaks! It runs all night long. They’re losing money through their water bill and should service the toilets. 4) the layout is weird. You have to walk half a mile to get from the one tiny elevator to the back rooms. Also the hallways are cluttered with cleaning hampers and staff. Very hard to maneuver. They could do A LOT better!! Best thing I can say is the staff are all amazing!

My experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory, and I believe you deserve to know the truth. I had to change rooms not once, but twice, due to a persistent foul odor that made my stay uncomfortable. When I expressed my concerns to the front desk staff, I was met with indifference, which only added to my frustration. Additionally, the atmosphere in the lobby was unsettling, with some questionable individuals present and even police activity occurring nearby. To top it off, the walls were so thin that I could hear every conversation from the adjacent room, making it impossible to enjoy any peace or quiet. You deserve a comfortable, welcoming environment during your stay, and I urge you to consider other options that prioritize guest satisfaction and safety.

The hotel was a good value for the price. It was clean. It was located in a good spot. The staff was friendly. Only thing I had a problem with was the bed was not very comfortable for me. Other than that, I will stay there again.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable but not soundproof- could hear our neighbors kids-luckily they were not partiers. The “hot” breakfast could have had a better variety. Overall, we were able to get a hot shower and a good nights sleep. Would stay there again.

The manager was very nice. The property was clean inside,outside and our room was very comfortable. They served which was ok we enjoyed it and i was able to take a cup of coffee when we were getting back on the road. Staff: very accommodating. We were assigned a room with a very noisy neighbor. After bringing the issue up to the front desk, we were moved to a quieter room down the hall. Rooms are adequate, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple with not many choices. Coffee came out of a machine. Would have been much better if brewed fresh.
