The property features heating and AC for convenience. Kitchen is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay including 25 lb ice machine. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for a soothing experience. Master bathroom does also include bath tub. Blow dryer, towels and toiletries in both bathrooms. Plenty of covered parking for Boats and Vehicles. The Sabine River Authority Boat ramp is located a little under a mile from the home! Fall in love with Hemphill and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Great Place!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!! Everything was clean and neat upon arrival. Very easy check in and host/owner was available and responded very fast to all of our questions. We will be back!
