"Everything about our stay was fantastic. Communication with the host was excellent and responses were extremely quick and detailed. My only two suggestions on improvements would be to install room-darkening blinds in the bedroom as it gets quite bright even with them closed, and also to move the hot-tub cover to the other side so that the view from the woods is not obstructed from the tub and that you aren't staring at the neighbor's windows.Thank you for the fantastic stay, would absolutely stay again."

"Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)"

"Property was as advertised. With all the rain this spring the lakefront ground was wet and squishy, but that's on Mother Nature, not the Host!"

"Don't stay here if you have a trailer because the parking lot is big enough for a vehicle only. It has a nice restaurant and bar below the hotel which is very busy. When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. There are no signs say no parking over night or anything else. I was told to come done later and take up a couple of spots. 11pm and the lot was still full. Tired, I took the chance and left the vehicle and trailer on the road. I was glad if was there the next morning."

"Host was welcoming. A few opportunities for a five-star rating....Beds were not made with sheets. Not enough coffee mugs (2 mugs) and cups for the number of people able to stay, no trash bags available. Could be better signage to find the cottage in the dark. Also, the outdoor trash receptacles were overflowing before we had trash to put in them. The cottage was a good landing pad for us overall, with enough space for the family and dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which made it very relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"We loved the charm of the okd cottage. Loved the updates. Realy liked the oversized recliner. That was my seat the whole weekend. Only suggestion I would make is getting a new coffee maker. It was loud and took forever to brew. Oh and a frying pan. We had a great Christmas get together."
