We stayed in one of the cottages and it was just perfect. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a master suite was perfect for my parents. I appreciated having the laundry upstairs with the other bedrooms.
The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us.
Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort.
Overall, a great selection and would start again!

The unit was newly remodel but there are bugs on the bed in both rooms. The vent in one of the bathroom is not secured and not working. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom. There was missing swing secure lock on the main door. It was lousy being in the front of the property. The location and free parking is the only good things about it.

We stay at the Hilton Disney Springs fairly regular since short distance living in Jacksonville. The hotel accessibility to Disney Springs and theme parks are worth the money!! But recently over the last couple of years, the rooms do need some updates such as some bathroom fixtures need replacing from some rust and old wood and paint. The room carpets could use new replacements. Probably rooms would be good for other hotel chains but not expected for this Hilton property! We love the hotel location and accessibility but some modern refresh is needed!
Also, sound like complaining but several Hilton Vacation Agents or staff were too busy stopping to ask guests how stay was going, but directly lead into some Hilton vacation club or membership which was hard to follow!! This happened not only in lobby area but pool area also! Only stayed for two nights this time but was approached three different times by different agents! Just set up a booth in the lobby and let guests inquire on their own!

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. We stayed to go to Wolfgang Pucks restaurant which is one the property. The restaurant wasn't at all what I expected, it was sterile with a limited menu. The hotel bar was amazing though."
