Hotell Stadsparken and its lovely staff outdid any expectations I had! I stayed for 3 nights, from Tuesday to Friday, and albeit the hotel was a little quite (it was in the middle of the week) it was cozy and relaxing. The rooms are well equipped and insulated - you do not hear any neighbors. It is very clean, and you can ask to restock as many towels you might need (I mentioned this as I read some negative comments about this. It is typical in Sweden, to save on water, to just leave a couple of towels in the rooms, and you ask them for additional when/if you need it) The breakfast was the highlight. Both warm dishes like eggs, bacon and oatmeal, and cold cut dishes. For the one with a sweet tooth, there was ample waffles and croissants! Free coffee and tea was available at all times in the hotell. Monday-Thursday they serve a lighter dinner for all guests - something I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised by. It was included in the price. The location is perfect. It is less than 5min walk from the main central station. It is less than 2 min from another bus stop called Biblioteket that can take you anywhere. The area is very green and walking friendly! Finally, the staff. I regret that I forgot their names, but they were lovely all of them. Always there to assist with the smallest thing, yet not in your face bothering you when you wanted your peace and quiet. Next time I came back to Helsingborg, this is definitely where I am staying again!

Beyond being an excellent pleace to stay, the hotel is walking distance to all places of interest in Helsongborg, from the marina / beach, wonderful dining, sight seeing and the university district. Loved the staff!!!

A RESORT LIKE SENSIBILITY at an affordable price
We had in a very large suite with 2 queen beds, balcony & separate sitting / lounge area & spacious bathroom. It was a respite from our crazy full days. Location location location. Across from a park and within walking distance to the beautiful old city, contemporary architecture & open plazas surrounding the Arts centre at harbour front made this hotel ideal in everyway… including the exceptional breakfast

Very nice, charming room. Parking was a bit of an issue, but not totally unexpected with a hotel in old town. Bath had a jetted tub, and a miniscule shower. Staff was great.

Location is perfect, close to the train station, ferry to Denmark, restaurants, bars, shopping and touristic places. Room is very small, but renovated and clean. Staff in reception is very helpful. Hotel is eco-friendly with no unnecessary cleaning or change of towels. Breakfast maybe needs a little improvement. Quality of bread, juice and cereals were better in other hotels in Skåne area.

Easy check and and very central to Helsingborg station. Hotel overall was good, although, it definitely is looking a bit tired. My room was a very small double, but only staying 2 nights, it was fine. 2 people with 2 set of luggage may have been a squeeze! Good buffet breakfast.

Decent hotel for a business trip.
Handy location, in the walking part of town. All the staff were very nice. The room was very average by Swedish standards and tiny by some other standards. The free dinner was a nice. Generally "workmanlike" rather than exciting but I would stay there again.

4 star hotel experience not achieved.
Photo of the room was not the same as the actual room, old wooden floor which for a 4 star hotel, expectation is at least to have a usual carpet on the floor, breakfast selction was limited, and no 24/7 reception. I would give a 2 star to this hotel but definitle not 3 or 4.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse hos er. Mycket bra service, vi kände oss Välkomna. När vi saknade nåt på rummet så var det bara att säga till i receptionen så löste personalen det på en gång. Frukosten var bra variation och det var gott. Stor eloge till Helen som tog emot oss på frukosten och gav service med det lilla extra, vilket var uppskattat.

Bra läge. Smidigt med bokningsbar parkeringsplats, dock är det rätt trångt i garaget. Vårt rum och frukostmatsalen låg i olika byggnader vilket var lite osmidigt. Väldigt bra frukost och bra service. Sköna sängar.
