"Amazing staff. My fridge had someone’s else’s leftover food still in it. A dirty shower curtain and a toilet seat that moved all the time. The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain and the remote for the tv was hard to use and navigate. Staff was great like I said just run down rooms "

"I would rate my room itself as a 7/10. Some issues in the bathroom but appeared clean overall. Housekeeping was parked in the hall blocking room at 7 pm at night? The main problem was my room was on the back side of the hotel and a major street which led to the Interstate was right there! Sounded like drag racing every half hour between cars and motorcycles racing to beat the light or just accelerating to race each other. It was ALL NIGHT! Chairs in the dining area were so dirty after looking at 10 i finally found one I could put a napkin on and sit. The rest were disgusting. Best thing - THE STAFF! Hotel clerk was helpful and very sweet. Cook in the morning was very friendly and a great cook! I would not stay here again just knowing the problem with the noise. Hope they improve cleanliness. "

"Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub could have been hotter. Our room got way too hot and air conditioner was not working, the lady at the front dest diligently got us a new room at 10pm and was so kind about it! We greatly appreciated her kind efforts! "
