Perfect mountain view from the cabin and hot tub! We loved that it was dog friendly. The location was perfect for visiting Helen and many of the hiking trails to waterfalls in the area.

Sadly, I cannot recommend. We checked in and discovered a good amount of bright pink hairs on the shower wall and the toilet was questionably clean. I showed the front desk guy with a mustache who showed zero care about the situation and offered us a room change. I declined and he still charged me ...

Helendorf River Inn, Suites & Conference Center
We love the Helendorf! It is walking distance to downtown. Great view of the river and a private balcony. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. This is our go to hotel in Helen.

River's Edge - Ultimate Riverfront Cabin w/Hot Tub
Everything was FANTASTIC!!! Greatly enjoyed the time away! Would have been nice to be able to still use the fireplace for the cold mornings (40 degrees!) but I understand you can’t control the weather!!! All in all, 5 stars!
