Very pleasant courteous staff. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The suite was spacious and clean. I did have a billing issue but it was taken care of in a timely fashion.

Convenient hotel as a home base to the Newport/Crystal Cove area. Perhaps most importantly, a very clean hotel. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. They offered us complimentary cookies and water bottles upon check in. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby.
The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, and what you’d expect at a Hilton property in the U.S.
The rooms were clean and although you can hear an occasional sound from neighbors, the walls didn’t seem paper thin as they sometimes can be at hotels these days. We couldn’t hear any conversations in the adjacent rooms.
There is a 24 hour exercise room available.
A grocery store is a very short walk away. Covered parking available under the hotel with elevator access. Had a great stay in February/March 2026.
