We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The bathroom is a little small, elevator is old fashion, it was out of order when we arrived, but they repaired it soon. The staffs are friendly. We were concern about the noise at night because it located among the busy streets but turned out OK."

It is close to several tram and bus routes which made it easy to get around. I appreciated being around some greenery in this area of the city. They do not have 24-hour staffing at the front desk so a code is needed to open the door after hours."

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
