Nice hotel
+ Very big room with a lot of windows + two mini fridges + very very nice swimming pool + good organized services + very friendly staff - they can some times wash carpets and sofa, they were dirty - food in hotel was very expensive and there was no dining option around

Large hotel with thermal bad of low quality
The hotel staff is not so friendly. Cleanness could be improved. They charged 8 Euros for using the bath robe. The thermal bad facility is large, but the water temperature is relatively cool. In the evening of our stay, something went wrong so the water Sprudels did not work. The staff said they would fix them, but it was not turned back on. The next morning, they were operating, but came out very infrequently. I would not recommend to use the thermal bad here.

What's Good; - Pleasant staff. - Good size room. - Breakfast was good. - Evening buffet dinner was good. Not so good; - Very limited choice of English speaking programs on TV. - Various signs were in German with no English translation. - Snacks and drinks in the fridge in the room were expensive. - Cleaning lady knocked on the door at 09:10 am. Had to tell her on 3 separate occasions that the room did not need to be cleaned. Same problem on the following morning. The cleaning ladies need to learn the English language.

Gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter. Das großzügige, saubere Zimmer und die Anbindung an das Bad/ Sauna (der Saunabereich ist wirklich sehr gut). Leider hat das Essen uns nicht überzeugt, weder beim Frühstück ( das war ok ) aber das Buffet am Abend… Vielleicht wird es besser, wenn das Restaurant fertig ist… Aber ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt.

Virkelig læklert hotel - og fantastisk med mulighederne for at komme i badeland. Morgenbuffetten var stor og lækker - masser at vælge mellem. Kan klart anbefales. Eneste udfordring var, at airconditionanlægget ikke virkede ret godt, så vores værelse var varmt.

Für Behinderte gut geeignet. Das gesamte Hotel ist mit dem Rollstuhl befahrbar, allerdings war das Zimmer zu eng für den Rollstuhl.

Großzügige Zimmer, ruhig gelegen, Entspannung pur im angefügten Vitalbad (Außen- und Innenschwimmbecken mit Whirlpool und mehreren Wassermassagen). Den Spa- /Sauna- und Fitnessbereich haben wir nicht benutzt (ist aber auch großzügig vorhanden). Tolle Cocktails und Drinks an der Bar. Das hotelinterne Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt, wohl aber das Bistro im Schwimmbad mit hervorragender großer, überdachter Außenterrasse und leckeren, einfacheren Speisen: Herrlich!
