"This property was a total disaster. It was advertised as having air con. No restrictions. We get there and were told there is no air con from 10pm to 10am. I would never have booked the place without air con. We were told to leave the windows open and were eaten alive by bugs all night. Spoke to the owners and were told ok we would be able to use the air con the following day. Guess what… next day all of a sudden the air con “doesn’t work” may be a day or two until it’s fixed. We decided to...

"Our luxury room ( with mountain view) was absolutely charming, spacious and super clean. The room was newly renovated, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully outfitted with everything that could be required. The mountain view from the expansive windows and patio door was stunning and the outdoor seating area on the balcony looking at the same view was a definite plus. The only downsides were a slightly firm mattress and a bit of road noise. Otherwise it was a nearly perfect stay."
