"The check-in was smooth and easy. Location was perfect being at the central station and in the center of Amsterdam. The room was comfortable. The staff are trying their best to accommodate. The downside is that they charged for storing your luggage. Room rate too expensive."

"Ideally positioned in the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel is fairly basic, but clean and the beds are fine. A good buffet breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. I left a piece of clothing hanging in the wardrobe, not realising until I returned to the UK. I phoned reception and the staff were very helpful in organising its speedy return."

"We were put in a room in an adjacent building. It’s like walking thru a long maze to find it. This is from someone who has stayed at the hotel many times. We were told the hotel offers a taxi to central station for €25. They charged €35 only to be left on the wrong side of the station."
