"Firstly, I would stay here again! The apartment was very spacious, clean and easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped and super useful. One bath and one hand towel for a whole week wasn’t ideal and no obvious way to get clean ones. Emails about how to get in were clear, so no contact otherwise needed. When I arrived though there was a terrible smell in the apartment from the drains, which went as soon as I ran all taps and flushed loo a few times. I assume no one had been in for a while....

"Hallo Herr Tegelaar, hier eine kurze Rückmeldung zu unserer Übernachtung in Ihrem Objekt.Leider enttäuschte der erste Eindruck der schlichten aber stilvollen Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, sowohl bei der Bettwäsche, die teilweise krümelig war, dem klebrigen Sofatisch, oder dem großen braunem Fleck unter dem Bett. Der Boden im Bad war staubig und klebrig, die Toilettenbrille viel deiner ersten Benutzung auseinander. ...dies sind unsere größten Kritikpunkte, aber leider nicht...

"Pros: Aus meiner Sicht ist die Suite Maritim für eine einzelne Person besonders gut geeignet. Mir hat die Raumaufteilung und die gemütliche Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Die Abgeschiedenheit der Terrasse führt zu einem sehr behaglichen Sicherheits- und Wohlgefühl. Cons: Der Preis ist für eine Einzelperson nicht gerade günstig. "Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist für Leute die viel unternehmen einfach ideal. Man hat alles was man braucht, abends kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Ich war mit meiner Frau und unserem Hund schon das zweite mal dort und sind super zufrieden. Super geschlafen, Nordhorn City Fußläufig erreichbar, einkaufen auf der anderen Straßenseite, Wohnung top, Bad super, an & abreise völlig unkompliziert. Gerne immer wieder."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Terrasse überdacht, super! Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gab Seife und Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wird meiner Meinung nach nicht umfassend genug im Inserat erwähnt. Definitiv ein plus Punkt! Außerdem fand ich es sehr gut, dass alle Betten bezogen waren, dh Freunde die miteinander verreisen haben die Möglichkeit getrennt zu schlafen. Würde die Wohnung wieder buchen! Über folgendes wurde ich allerdings...
