Our home is centrally located at the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. With gorgeous views of Seneca Lake, the property features easy access to Two Goats craft brewery and the wineries at Atwater Estates and Chateau LaFayette Reneau. When you stay here you will be just a short walk to all your favorite spots.

This unique space offers an impeccable blend of style and practicality. Enjoy the stunning views of Seneca Lake while lounging in the pool, hot tub, deck, or almost any room in the house. The fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation, and the conveniently arranged washer and dryer will keep you fresh throughout your stay. High-speed Wi-Fi (FTTH) ensures a dependable connection for remote work. Additionally, the bunkroom with a sleeping loft is tailored for the enjoyment of children, teenagers, and young adults.

Our Seneca Lake Bach

We stayed here for our joint bachelorette weekend with 8 people and it was absolutely perfect! The home had cozy vibes, a beautiful design, and a spacious layout—plenty of room for everyone to relax. The amenities were amazing, especially the hot tub and the stunning lake views. The master suite was a dream, with a truly breathtaking bathroom and the perfect getting-ready space for our group. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—just minutes from some of the best wineries on the lake. I would stay here over and over again. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate. Highly recommend!

Perfect lake house trip!

Perfect getaway for our group! 6 adults and 6 kids plus the dogs and we all had a wonderful time! A little close to the main road which was unexpected but turned out to be fine. Beautiful property and gorgeous home!

Fun in the Finger Lakes

This property was perfect for our girls weekend in the finger lakes!! 12 girls staying in the home and nobody felt cramped- so much room to spread out but still all hang out together. The house was extremely clean, updated, and just adorable! The amenities with the hot tub, fire pit, pac man were a big hit…I can only imagine how fun it would be in the summer with the nice big pool. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had through the booking process and the weekend. I would 100% recommend this home to all my family and friends and I hope to be back!!

Beautiful home and location!

We absolutely loved our stay - the views from the kitchen, dining room, game room and two of the upstairs bedrooms were exactly what we hoped for! The hot tub was great weather permitting - We had cold and rain so we didn’t use the pool unfortunately. Amazing kitchen too with great appliances! Great communication with Annie, who even made sure to leave some extra toys for our toddler - they were a hit, and everyone was sad to leave!

Family vacation

My sister’s family and mine came together for a great week at the lake. The house is located right next to a brewery where we got to sit on the deck and relax in the hot tub listening to live music in the evenings. The house was perfect for us and close to the little town of Glen Watkins. There was so much to see and do. The kids had so much fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Birthday Weekend

I visit the FLX about once or twice a year, but not usually with a group that would warrant renting a big house. So I was very happy to finally get the chance for a friends/family weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and this house was an awesome choice. The house is in my preferred location along Seneca, near all my favorite spots, and being just up the hill from Two Goats was great for live music in the evenings. The house itself was so spacious for our group of 10. Amenities in the house were well thought out with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc in the kitchen. Enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub on a chilly April weekend and playing Pac Man for the nostalgia.

Great view

Was so beautiful watching the sunset every night. House was in a great location and really updated. My only complaint is there was a fly problem in the house which I think can be fixed easily once they fix a broken window, which I'm sure they will do soon. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed. Overall, loved the house!

December Surprise 30th Birthday Weekend

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Close to restaurants if you don't want to cook. There was a welcoming Holiday Tree with white lights that lit up the first floor with holiday cheer. Plenty of seating around the dining room table and huge kitchen island. The fireplace and sunken conversation pit family room was cozy and fun. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub when the beautiful snow fell on our faces. Great memories. Thank you so much.

Fun, family vacation :)

We all enjoyed staying in your beautiful home overlooking Lake Seneca . It’s a perfect location with the brewery in your backyard ( with music at night) and two wineries next to that. We enjoyed our fire and s’mores listening to the band . The beds were so comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds . Gary and Annie were quick to respond to our questions . Amazing place

Great for touring breweries!

This place was perfect for our Annual Brewery Tour trip! The location is great and it fit our group of eight adults well. One couple slept in the bunk room but the bed was big enough for them to share. The house is beautiful and has a great view. We really enjoyed our stay!
